Since its inception, the Compoende invests in training their human resources.

The techinal staff of Compoende receive training in company of high level, trough courseware developed by its Level 3 professinails, based on the program content sugested by ASNT and following the requeriments of NAS 410, ISO 9712 and ANSI/ASNT CP-189, besides those recommended by SNT-TC-1A. Undoubtedly, a great advantage offered by Compoende and its professinals is the pratical traning. We have a wide range of components and structures with real descontinuites in differenr kinds of materials, providing the student an learning above averange and enables him to analyze outdorr situations with certainty, giving reliable results. After the conclusion of the training and the experience tima of the specific ndt method, the student is submited to qualification tests in company, following the already devotes Compoende training program, or they are evaluated by external qualification enterprises like the Aerospace Technical Center(CTA/IFI). If approved, they receive a qualification as non-destructive tests inspectors. In Compoende, the search for ours employee excellence is one of the strategic business focus. Besides theis main activities like technical refresher coursas and improvement, our NDT inspectors have the opportunity to participate on trainings offered by external aeronautical manufactures organizations overseas. Another key point to our Compoende professionals success is our Program Review. During the therm of their qualifications, the NDT inspector is constantly tested and evaluted for its performance. This program is implented since 2009 has guaranteed our customers satisfaction and contributed to ensure the quality of our NDT services in Brazil and South America.
