| Performed in laboratories at Compoende or maintenance hangars all around the country, the nondestructive Testing require high tech equipments with reference standards and accessories recommended by the manufacturer. See below more about the tests that we offer and their purposes:  Inspection: Ultrassonic Aplication: Inspection of metalic and non-metalic structures, metal and non-metal castings to detection of descontinuites and many others irregularities like displacement, cracks, delamination and damage by impact. Thickness measurement on pipes and external storage tanks for detection of corrosion. ×  Inspection: Eddy Current Aplication: High, medium and low frequency inspection to detect superficial descontinutes in holes or conductive materials, with or without rivets or hi-locks. Hardness measurement trough conductivity on %IACS. ×  Inspection: X-Ray Aplication: Analysis on metalic or non-metalic manufactured structural components and composites. ×  Inspection: Magnetic Particle (Magnaflux) Aplication: Inspection on stacionary machine or with a Yoke(portable) for detection of supercial or subperficial descontinuites in applications like crankshafts, propellers, several components manufactured by different kinds of production processes. ×  Inspection: Penetrant Liquid (Zyglo) Aplication: Inspection to detect superficial descontinuites on titanium, aluminium, magnesium and special castings. ×  Inspection: Visual Aplication: Boroscope, optical prism for detection of cracks on windows and windshields. Optical micrometer to measure the depth of cracks and risks on acrillic and metalic parts. × |
